Whether you are a recent graduate or have extensive experience, we are looking for business analysts and project managers with at least two years of relevant experience to join our team.

Minimum requirements for working with us:

Practical experience and a proven ability to succeed as a consultant.

An undergraduate degree.

A post graduate diploma in business analysis and/or project management (if your undergraduate is not in information systems).

Minimum two years of relevant experience, including previous experience within a consulting environment.

The ability to apply analytical thought, skills and tools to business challenges.

Key requirements and abilities

Consultants specialising in Business Analysis

Work at both a strategic and tactical level.

Define and reach consensus with all key stakeholders on business problems and identified opportunities.

Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements.

Collect, understand and analyse the business requirements for a project and translate these into business and / or functional specifications.

Analyse and document business processes, both current and future state.

Obtain sign-off from client on specifications.

Be able to fulfill a project management role by providing the link between the customer, the software development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the software development lifecycle.

Plan and manage testing as well as design and execute test scenarios and test scripts.

Function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.

Understand and manage key stakeholder expectations.

Consultants specialising in Project Management

Take overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project.

Understand and manage key stakeholder expectations.

Effectively communicate project expectations, timeframes and budget to team members and stakeholders.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

Facilitate workshops and interviews.

Function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.
