When you ask Lancia Richard-Chetty what “A+ Delivery” means, she doesn’t talk about checklists or templates. She talks about flow. For her, delivery excellence is about creating a rhythm where teams know what to expect, roles are clear, and trust is strong enough to weather any storm.
“Psychological safety comes from shared norms – when people feel anchored and supported, they take ownership and deliver their best work.”
As Analyze’s Delivery Capability Lead, Lancia has been instrumental in embedding the A+ Delivery Framework across our various projects. She sees it as both a promise to clients—consistent excellence without cookie-cutter solutions—and a gift to teams—a shared language that empowers consultants to deliver confidently and consistently.
Her favourite part of the project lifecycle? Closure.
“It may sound weird, but I think that closure is the richest phase. That’s when we hear the things we didn’t know, or weren’t certain about, reflect on the good and bad, and identify what to work on next. It keeps us learning and growing.”
Lancia’s leadership style is rooted in clarity and habits. “Clarity comes from proactive communication – checking assumptions, confirming direction, and making sure everyone is anchored to the same goals.” When pressure mounts, she leans on structured habits to keep momentum.
Her go-to mantra in meetings? “So what?”
“Every deliverable, every process, every decision must connect back to client value.”
It’s this relentless focus on purpose that makes her not just a wonderful ally to any client, but the quiet architect of Analyze’s world-class capability.
