
SUMMARY:
An international, long-term savings group engaged Analyze Consulting to assist its Real Estate Management and Property Management divisions. Specifically, they needed to better manage their many leases across various business units and saw the value of getting a consolidated view of all their leases.
THE ANALYZE SOLUTION:
An analysis of the current model was done, with the initial focus on high-level business and solution requirements. The aim was to identify issues and to understand the business challenges.
Some of the identified issues included:
- Software that was approaching end-of-life, limited resource availability that was compromising support and continuity, an inability to manage process compliance and poorly defined processes for managing facilities.
- In addition manual, paper intensive processes were used to manage property portfolios, intensifying the risk of missing critical lease dates and misplacing important lease documentation.
- There was also no provision for management information needs.
Our initial assessment was then followed by an evaluation of potential software solutions and the selection of an appropriate technology platform.
Ideal business and system processes were then developed that included all critical requirements.

business and technical teams.
